Allie graduated from Reading University with a degree in History and began her career with WHSmith's retail management development programme. Following three years' rapid progression through branch management she joined the PSD Group as a Recruitment Consultant in the Marketing & Sales Division. Here she applied her knowledge of the magazine and book trade to create a publishing specialism and successfully developed the IT and Telecoms teams. She left the company after 4 years to set up TJPartners Limited in December 2000, and quickly developed a reputation as a successful niche recruiter, offering a comprehensive marketing and business focus to publishing companies and information providers. Allie co-launched LeapUK on Feb 29th 2004.

George graduated from Durham University with a degree in Politics. Following a brief period in direct sales he joined the PSD Group as a Recruitment Consultant in the Marketing and Sales Division. He progressed quickly to Senior Consultant and then Principal Consultant, culminating in him managing the Financial & Professional Services team within PSD Marketing and Sales. In June 2000 he joined Mellor Watts International, a niche executive search firm where he specialised in recruiting senior marketing professionals for clients in the media, online and financial services sectors. George left Mellor Watts International in January 2003 to set up his own search firm focusing on the new media and financial services markets. George co-launched LeapUK on Feb 29th 2004.

Claire graduated with a degree in International Relations and Politics from Staffordshire University and began her career on the WHSmith's retail management development programme. She joined TJPartners in 2002 and then LeapUK at its inception. Claire manages our bespoke contact database, oversees all online advertising and acts as our website manager. She has contributed valuable research, client development and candidate management support to the team.

Karen has spent 22 years in the financial services sector working for LloydsTSB. As a successful manager she is highly adept at developing people, understanding their needs and helping them to exceed their expectations. Having taken a ‘career break’ when her son started school, she has decided to apply her strong communication skills to recruitment and joined Leap UK in September 2011.
